Assembly Support – 1st Shift

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Assembly Support

team member to assist our production and assembly teams on the shop floor. This is a hands‑on role supporting day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, including material handling, tool prep, workstation organization, and general labor tasks. The position is full‑time on 1st shift with consistent hours and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist assembly technicians with parts preparation, staging, and movement between workstations.

Organize and restock tools, hardware, and materials to support efficient production flow.

Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment.

Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and team leads.

Assist with light assembly or sub‑assembly tasks as needed.

Support inventory tracking and help identify shortages or damaged materials.

Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop floor environment preferred but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
