Introduction Are you an experienced Referral Specialist looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, this is the position for you!
Position Summary To assist in monitoring utilization of medical services to assure cost‑effective use of medical resources through processing prior authorizations.
Hours for this Position M-F 8:00‑5:00 (Monday may work till 7pm), overtime available.

Comfortable with insurance verification
Daily Responsibilities
Initiate authorization requests for outpatient and inpatient services in accordance with the prior authorization list and route to appropriate staff when needed.
Verify eligibility and benefits.
Answer phone queues and process faxes within established standards.
Enter authorizations into the system.
