Currently seeking new Project Coordinators to join our team! You will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians to meet the demands and needs of our clients on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Schedule techs
Recruit new techs
Work with clients to ensure timeliness and deadlines are met
Ensure deadline and budget targets are met for our company
Review completed jobs to ensure required notes and pictures are complete
Route phone calls from techs as they come in to other coordinators or to support
Serve as a liaison between techs and our clients
Communicate in a team environment
Qualifications
Preferred experience in office
Typing skills a must
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
Ability to problem-solve quickly
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to handle stress well
