Summary As a Warehouse Associate, your primary role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a warehouse. Your responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments, managing inventory, picking, packing, and shipping orders, loading and unloading goods safely, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and collaborating with team members. Additionally, you may interact with customers by assisting with inquiries, handling complaints or returns, providing exceptional service, and working closely with customer service teams. Overall, your role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely movement of goods and providing a positive customer experience.
