Hello Juice is a women-owned cold‑pressed juice and smoothie company focused on high‑quality ingredients, consistency, and community. Our juicing operation is the heartbeat of our brand, and we’re looking for someone dependable, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Role Overview The Juice Production & Operations Assistant works directly alongside our Juicing & Operations Lead—to support daily juice production, preparation, and organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, process‑driven work and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
This is not a customer‑facing role—it’s a behind‑the‑scenes position that ensures our stores are stocked with fresh, high‑quality juice every day.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily cold‑pressed juice production (washing, prepping, juicing, bottling)
Support production schedules and prep lists to ensure consistent supply
Label, date, and organize finished juice for store delivery
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the production space
Assist with equipment cleaning, breakdown, and setup
Help with inventory tracking of produce, bottles, and supplies
Identify inefficiencies or production issues and communicate them clearly
Occasionally assist with deliveries or store support as needed
Qualifications
Ability to be on your feet + lift 50 pound produce boxes.
Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
Comfortable with repetitive, physical work and standing for long periods
Ability to follow systems, recipes, and food safety standards precisely
Strong organizational skills
Team‑first attitude and clear communication style
Food handling or kitchen experience preferred (but not required—we train!)
