We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to provide onsite support for a financial institution in Las Vegas. This position is contract-to-hire and pays $20 to $21 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls following AI agent interactions.
Provide support for customer inquiries relating to credit card rewards, new applications, periodic promotions, account maintenance, and general questions.
Train on and use the client’s omnichannel support system to manage customer interactions.
Deliver exceptional service while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call center environment.
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
