Active Bar Admission

3-6 years
of substantive experience with
private wealth ,
estate planning , and
business succession
matters
Experience advising closely held businesses on
corporate ,
LLC ,
partnership , and
estate planning
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple client matters simultaneously
Collaborative and committed to providing exceptional client service
Key Responsibilities
Advise high-net-worth individuals

family-owned businesses
on

tax , and
succession planning
Draft ,
review , and
negotiate
estate planning documents, trusts, and business succession agreements
Provide guidance on

Conduct legal research

to clients
Ensure compliance
with applicable tax and estate planning laws and regulations

Competitive Salary : Annual base salary is expected to range from
$250,000-$370,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors
