Main Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for planning production schedules and monitoring their execution to ensure compliance with customer demands. The position requires interaction and input from Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics to facilitate implementation of production plans.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Capability to design spreadsheets, write formulas, and enter data into an Excel spreadsheet
Excellent self‑motivation, independent problem‑solving skills
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Flexibility to handle continually changing priorities and demands
Ability to handle multiple priorities and people simultaneously
History of demonstrated initiative and teamwork
Strong decision‑making skills and the ability to work under deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of production capacities and capabilities
Must be a team player and able to work and interact with associates and departments throughout the organization
Preferred Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in planning/scheduling
Manufacturing experience
