Full‑Time Maintenance Technician

to be the backbone of our memory care community. If you’re ready to make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents and staff, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

Keeping It Safe:

Perform routine maintenance tasks like plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC checks, and equipment upkeep to maintain a hazard‑free environment.

Fixing What’s Broken:

Respond promptly to repair requests, from fixing a leaky faucet to troubleshooting heating issues, with care and efficiency.

Enhancing Comfort:

Assist with room setups, furniture assembly, and minor renovations to keep our spaces functional and inviting.

Staying Proactive:

Conduct regular inspections, manage inventory of supplies, and recommend improvements to keep our community in top shape.

Who You Are

A skilled technician with experience in general maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC). Formal training or certification is a plus but not required.

Comfortable working independently and collaborating with staff to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.

Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and handle tools safely.
