Position Overview We are seeking a reliable Shipping / Receiving Associate to support warehouse and logistics operations at a Tulsa-based facility. The Shipping / Receiving Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring shipments meet quality and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks manually and with forklift or pallet jack
Fill material requests for production and sales orders
Verify inventory and maintain accurate records using computer systems
Ensure all quality documents are routed to QC with required purchase orders and job orders
Pack and crate materials for domestic and international shipments
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
Perform calculations and measurements accurately (heavy math skills required)
Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of Shipping & Receiving experience required
Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
Strong computer and inventory system experience
Ability to lift, move and handle materials safely
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Dependable, punctual and team-oriented
Additional Benefits
$50 advance available after your first day of work
Referral bonus up to $250 after 80 hours worked
