Customer Service Representative

AmeriCash Loans, LLC is an established, fast‑growing financial institution serving Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, and South Carolina. We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate—an entry‑level position with great potential to move into management. The Sales Associate is responsible for developing strong customer relationships and meeting aggressive sales goals. Successful candidates must be professional, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

Loan processing

Daily interaction with customers in person and over the phone

Sales and marketing activities

Cash handling and balancing

General office duties

Daily upkeep of the store

Qualifications

Recent banking, sales, consumer finance or customer service experience

General office skills and 2+ years of industry experience preferred

Regular and dependable attendance with a timely start

Proficiency in basic math to handle and balance cash and financial transactions

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred)

Ability to use discretion in controlling confidential information

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Successful pre‑employment background check required
