Role Summary
As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment, keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high‑energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results.
What's in It for You
Up to $18.00/hour starting pay
$1,000 Sign‑On Bonus: Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous full‑time employment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Handling : Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
Inbound Processing : Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
Loading & Unloading : Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
Equipment Operation : Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
Inventory Accuracy : Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
Team Collaboration : Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
Clean & Safe Workplace : Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
Qualifications
18 years of age or older
Can lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently
Comfortable working on your feet all day, standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
Able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
Pay strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
Dependable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
Willing to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
Forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience (preferred but not required)
