Residential HVAC Service/Install Technician
Schwickert’s Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Our Residential HVAC Installers are hard-working, enjoy seeing a job from start to finish, and want to learn and grow in their career. Start pay ranges from $25-$40+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Candidates will be eligible for up to a $1,000 sign‑on bonus. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Installation of heating, venting and air conditioning systems in residences and some light commercial establishments. Install and start up equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications. Ensure new systems work efficiently. Communicate in a professional manner with customers, co‑workers and subcontractors. Possess EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification license (Core, Type I & Type II). Apply safety as the #1 priority; use personal protective equipment, document site safety plans and understand electrical hazards and electrical safety. Opportunity for 40+ hours during the busy seasons. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in an HVAC related field or construction field preferred but not required; technical school degree desired or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to learn and take direction from Foreman. Must be EPA certified or willing to take the EPA exam within a month of starting date. NATE certification or similar qualifications desired but not required. Knowledge of principles and methods involved in showing, promoting, and selling products or services and product demonstration to customers and sales techniques. On‑job training is provided. Benefits

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will use hands, have to talk, and hear.
