Stock Associate
Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $29.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Hourly Wage: $16.50 – $29.50 per hour. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Employment Type: Full‑time.
Available Shifts: Overnight.
Location: Walmart Supercenter #2107, 5735 South Transit Road, Lockport, NY 14094, US.
Job Overview Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
Responsibilities
Unload trucks and stock new freight.
Operate forklifts or other heavy machinery as required.
Lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the backroom.
Follow safety procedures, company guidelines, and regulations.
Qualifications
Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Ability to operate forklifts.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
