InSite Technician (Material Handler)
to join our safety conscious team. This role will be active in the field responsible for the performance of tasks associated with hazardous waste clean-up equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials.

Pay Range: $17.19 to $20.19 per hour (BOE)

Responsibilities
Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and always acting in a safe manner.
Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects.
Perform waste pickups throughout customer facilities.
Conduct chemical bulking and consolidation.
Package and label waste to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Assist with on‑site spill response as required.
Operate forklifts safely.
Inspect drums for integrity and regulatory compliance.
Ensure safe loading and unloading of waste hauling vehicles.
Complete waste stream sampling and profiling.
Work extended (> 8 hrs.) periods.
Attend all compliance and safety update meetings.
Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local state (provincial) and federal requirements.
Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures.
Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver’s license.
Previous relevant labor experience (2–4 years).
Ability to perform physical functions per job requirements.
Successfully complete a background check, drug test and physical by position.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Per OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard 29 CFR 1910.34, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial‑hair standards.
