Material Coordinator
to support logistics and inventory control efforts at a secure facility in
Lakewood, CO
or
Hines, IL . This is a fully onsite and hands‑on operational role focused on asset tracking, warehouse support, and materials movement in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities of the Material Coordinator
Track incoming and outgoing inventory using designated asset management tools
Assist with receiving, storing, packing, and shipping materials
Perform routine audits and resolve any inconsistencies in asset records
Move equipment and materials between local sites using company-provided vehicles
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools
Load and unload shipments, organize stock in storage locations
Complete basic vehicle inspections before and after use
Coordinate with on‑site teams to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
Non‑Negotiable Requirements for the Material Coordinator
Ability to obtain U.S. Public Trust
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics support
Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting up to lbs and operating machinery
Basic math skills and ability to maintain organized records
Qualifications for the Material Coordinator
Prior experience supporting federal programs or prime contractors
Familiarity with digital inventory systems or logistics software
Requires consistent lifting, standing, and warehouse movement
Some driving between nearby sites as needed
Compensation for the Material Coordinator
$k - $k
annual salary (dependent on experience)
