Pay Rate: $11.00
Shift: M-F 7AM to 5PM
What's the Job? Handle daily administrative tasks to support office operations efficiently Answer phones and manage correspondence via mail and email Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings Support staff with general duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
What's Needed? Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency with computers and office software Attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to support team members and adapt to changing priorities
