Must have 10+ years of experience with Java and Java Production Support
Experience in Java/j2ee (spring, microservices, caching mechanism).
Experience in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, EFS, Rabbit MQ)
Experience in Splunk creating complex dash monitoring dashboards.
Experience in Monitoring and Alerting Tools CloudWatch, AppDynamics & Splunk.
Experience in Production support process (Incidents and problem management).
Must be a good analytic thinker and should think outside box to address the issue effectively.
Ability to understand the critical issues and align the work.
