Machine Operator / Warehouse Worker
Location: St. Louis, MO
Position Overview
The Machine Operator / Warehouse Worker plays a key role in supporting production and material handling activities within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, performing basic quality checks, and assisting with general warehouse duties such as packaging, inventory movement, and shipping/receiving. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting. Key Responsibilities
Safely operate assigned machines and production equipment according to company procedures Load, unload, and stage materials for production runs Perform basic machine adjustments, monitoring, and troubleshooting during operation Inspect parts for quality and accuracy and report defects or issues to supervisors Package, label, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment Assist with warehouse functions including picking, stacking, palletizing, and inventory handling Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and workplace policies Work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams to meet daily goals Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs. as needed) Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
