We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every banquet floor and in the sky. Our three business segments—Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels—offer gourmet entertainment worldwide. We operate in 32 locations, 12 countries and 3 continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine classics, develop unknowns, grow constantly, and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
Complete daily, weekly and monthly orders; evaluate and facilitate approval on all purchase orders; and coordinate with receivers and buyer(s) to ensure delivery accuracy.
Authorize payment for purchases by reviewing invoices and related documentation; maintain appropriate inventory levels; input delivery reports (CCP) and register received goods in Navison; and monitor quality of filed CCP1, correcting receivers when needed.
Monitor supplier performance—on‑time deliveries, meeting company quality and specifications; follow up on open POs and clear void POs from the ERP system; and conduct monthly inventory count.
Ensure compliance with product specifications and food safety; and perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
Assesses critical needs and prioritizes urgent responsibilities.

Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service.

Hands‑on to ensure all flights are dispatched on time.
Ability to manage quickly to overcome deficiencies in the purchasing department.
Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures.
Flexibility for different shifts—night, weekends, holidays.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
Proficient computer skills (particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
