Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Assistant Manager role is based in Oklahoma City, OK. As an Assistant Manager at LOFT, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers while supporting the store’s daily operations. You will assist in leading and motivating the team, driving sales performance, achieving store goals, and fostering a positive and inclusive store environment. Additional responsibilities include executing merchandising strategies, maintaining operational standards, managing inventory, and providing feedback and coaching to associates.

Qualifications

Leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating a team

Customer service and sales expertise to deliver a positive and engaging shopping experience

Merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation knowledge

Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and customers

Problem‑solving abilities and organizational skills to manage store operations and meet goals

Proficiency in using retail technology and systems for sales, inventory, and reporting

Previous retail experience, associate management experience, or equivalent is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred
