Shift Schedule
Weekday Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 pm – 4:30 am
Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5 am – 6:30 pm
Weekend Night Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6 pm – 5 am
Pay and Benefits Pay: $17/hour – $19/hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance; Paid Time Off; Paid Holidays; 401k & ESOP; Profit Sharing; Tuition Reimbursement.
Job Summary We are looking for energetic, safety-minded individuals to join our operations team as Forklift Operators. This vital role keeps production running smoothly and satisfies customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Load & unload with precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
Safety first, always: Follow all safety protocols to achieve zero incidents.
Sort & support: Hand-sort pallets based on product specs and meet quality standards.
Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
Stay Clean & organized: Practice Clean as You Go and maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
Lift & move: Ready for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
What You Bring to the Table
Prior forklift experience and certification preferred; well trained and certify you if needed.
Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
A positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.
