TPAPT is seeking a dynamic Tutoring Coordinator to manage and oversee our tutoring programs for students in grades 8-12. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating tutoring schedules, onboarding new tutors, and delivering front line customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a passion for education, and experience in tutoring or academic program management.
Responsibilities
Organizing and scheduling tutoring sessions for students based on their needs and availability
Supporting tutors to ensure high-quality tutoring practices
Speaking with potential clients about our programs, closing business, and providing ongoing support
Monitoring student progress and maintaining communication with parents and stakeholders
Gathering feedback from students and tutors to continually improve the tutoring program
Utilizing data to report on the effectiveness of tutoring initiatives and making recommendations for program improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or educational program coordination
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student success
Familiarity with various educational tools and online learning platforms
