We are seeking a detail-oriented Preventive Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine inspections and low-level preventive maintenance on specialized testing equipment, including the Weetech W424 machine. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring equipment reliability and accuracy through visual inspections, mechanical adjustments, electrical measurements, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on testing machines and related equipment Inspect housing and sealing surfaces for wear, damage, or contamination to maintain sealing integrity Operate the Weetech W424 machine to test leakage and continuity following established procedures Use voltmeters and diagnostic tools to take precise electrical measurements Perform basic mechanical tasks such as replacing O-rings and seals on external components Document inspection results and maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance system Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE during maintenance operations Assist in troubleshooting minor issues and elevate complex problems to senior technicians
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required Basic knowledge of electrical measurements and mechanical maintenance preferred Experience with diagnostic tools such as voltmeters is a plus Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to follow written procedures and documentation standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for training and career growth Supportive team environment 401(k) Health insurance Vision insurance
