Responsibilities
Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
Responsible for all store operations.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone).
Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
Make fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
What We’re Looking For
Experience leading a team of 3 to 30 people, motivating them and maintaining a great workplace.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check, as well as a reliable insured vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Good role model qualities: punctuality, positive attitude toward customers and coworkers, and professional appearance.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum age of 18 years.
