Company: Dollar Tree – West Memphis, AR. Join our team as a CDL‑A Driver for our dedicated Dollar Tree customer. This full‑time position offers a home weekly schedule and requires unloading a full truck load using roto‑carts and lift gates. On average, you’ll deliver three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering an estimated 1,500 miles weekly. This role provides competitive pay and is perfect for those who enjoy an active driving experience.
Delivery Locations:
Account delivers customer freight out of West Memphis, AR to locations in TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL.
Schedule:
Home Time: 34‑hour reset weekly.
Compensation:
Mileage Pay, Stop Pay. $1,380–$1,700/weekly average.
Equipment:
Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53’ dry trailers. Drivers need to park a truck at home or a secure location. Call Todd to see if you live in the right area: 404‑665‑3614.
Pay $1,500 to $1,700 per week plus good CPM plus $250 a stop.
1,800–2,200 miles per week on average.
Touch freight. Drop & Hook, Live unload.
Paid orientation close to your residence.
Qualifications
Less than 3 jobs in the last year and no termination from your last job.
No more than 2 accidents or tickets in the last 3 years.
DOT medical card, valid Class A driver’s license, 21 years old or older, and at least 3 months of experience.
Drivers should live within 30 miles of the city; strictly enforced. Confirm with Todd at (404) 665‑3614 before applying.
We will review accidents and violations if there are any.
No SAP drivers.
3 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer OTR experience (6 months if teaming with an experienced driver).
