Responsibilities
Onboard and support new clients, walk them through policy setup, explain coverages, and verify billing or inspection needs.
Manage policy changes and renewals: assist with updates, review rate increases, and present options like bundling or deductible adjustments to save money.
Strengthen client relationships: provide value with every interaction, ask for reviews, referrals, and uncover opportunities to cross‑sell other products like life, Medicare, or business insurance.
Retention and problem solving: help resolve cancellation concerns by comparing coverage options and identifying ways to retain clients through improved solutions.
Requirements
Active California Property & Casualty License (required).
Previous insurance or customer service experience (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using Zoom, CRM tools, and texting platforms.
Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent client care.
