Position Overview:

Vernovis is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to join our client’s contact center. The advocate will engage customers via phone, email, social media, and chat, presenting a professional image while exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries about bank products and services via phone, email, social media, and chat.

Recognize sales opportunities and refer clients to sales associates.

Stay current on products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolve inquiries or issues related to loan products of First Financial Bank.

Conduct account research and use support materials to solve problems.

Perform accurate customer account transaction and maintenance activities.

Strive for first‑contact resolution of inquiries, transactions, and problems.

Escalate requests that require additional knowledge or expertise per leadership.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a high‑call‑volume service center.

Working knowledge of database software (e.g., Jack Henry Silverlake).

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

High school diploma or GED.
