What You’ll Be Doing
Perform maintenance across millwork, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Track facility needs, identify materials and equipment, and maintain records.
Evaluate work orders, determine scope, and lead installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
Enforce safety, health, and quality procedures to support production.
Provide customer service to business partners with a sense of urgency.
Who We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous experience with facility maintenance.
Knowledge of standard tools, equipment, materials, methods, and practices in building maintenance crafts.
Basic shop math skills.
Ability to read, interpret, and work from rough sketches, blueprints, and drawings.
