Reading Truck
Paint Technician
The Paint Technician will work under the direction of the Shop Foreman to perform work in painting, finishing, and maintaining interior and exterior structures of specialty truck equipment.
Responsibilities
Sanding manufactured product
Scraping surfaces of truck equipment
Preparing truck bodies prior to paint application
Mixing paint for painting as needed
Applying topcoat and undercoat paint as needed
Cleaning spray guns, paint booth, and work area
Final touch-ups for quality assurance controls
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1-2 years of painting experience
Prior experience with pot gun spray equipment and light sanding on large equipment or vocational vehicles preferred
Decal/wrap application experience preferred
