What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the first point of contact for insured families, confirming their needs and explaining the hotel and payment process
Search and secure hotels while balancing family preferences with carrier guidelines
Facilitate hotel reservations and ensure all necessary authorizations are received
Communicate confirmations and check-in instructions to insured families with professionalism and empathy
Support families through challenges, addressing escalations such as billing concerns and relocations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or insurance industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent phone communication skills
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
Experience in handling sensitive situations with care and confidence
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
