We’re looking for hands‑on Bakery Support Staff for our daily operations at Frankie Bakes. This role comes with a large potential to grow into a leadership role. You will provide essential support in making sure our cookies are mixed, balled, baked, packed, and shipped with care and consistency. A Day in the Role:
Assist with cookie production: mixing, portioning, baking, packaging, and cleaning
Support inventory restocking and basic prep tasks
Prepare and package orders for shipment and local delivery
Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines

What we’re looking for ** :
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Ideally you have prior experience in a café, restaurant, or commercial kitchen (front or back of house)

Bonus points **
Food handler certification
Experience working in a bakery or food production facility
Interest in holistic health and clean/ancestral eating
