Merchandising Specialist (Part‑time)
Acosta Group, in partnership with Premium Retail Services, is seeking a detail‑oriented Merchandising Specialist to support store operations in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities
Locate and stock merchandise from the backroom onto the sales floor.
Maintain sharp, organized product displays and front‑face shelves.
Set up eye‑catching displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials.
Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions.
Use a smartphone to report completed tasks, upload photos, and complete app‑based reporting tools.
Represent Premium with professionalism, build positive relationships with retail partners, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and pride in high‑quality work.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using mobile apps, step‑by‑step instructions, and reporting tools.
Independent, self‑motivated, accountable, and able to manage own schedule.
Dependable, self‑motivated, and committed to producing accurate, efficient results.
Follow detailed written and verbal instructions, complete tasks thoroughly and on time.
Smartphone with reliable data service and functional camera.
Comfortable moving around the store, lifting or stocking items as needed.
Comfortable following detailed instructions and completing app‑based reporting accurately.
Benefits & Compensation Base pay: $13.50/hr – 11‑hour week schedule.
