Provide day-to-day program and administrative support for Accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities. Collect course content and speaker requirements for various CME activities. Run zoom webinars for various trainings. Work on technical and functional day-to-day operational aspects of the CME office’s Learning Management System. Required Qualifications

High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses: Valid OK Driver License. Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office computer software Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to perform various functions under strict deadlines Preferred Qualifications

Associate's degree, two years' college or technical training or equivalent experience. Two years’ experience in an office or educational setting Experience with American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and/or Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) CME accreditation requirements Experience working with CloudCME
