Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient follow‑ups and efficiently schedule appointments with the doctor.
Present and assist patients in accepting treatment plans.
Use knowledge of insurance plans to ensure patients maximize their benefits.
Minimize patient balances by accurately setting expectations and optimizing insurance utilization.
Skills and Qualifications
Problem solving: Ability to overcome objections and find solutions for patients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Communication: Excellent skills to establish rapport with patients and provide clear information.
Goal‑driven: Self‑motivated and proactive, focused on achieving objectives.
