Position Summary The Distribution Center (DC) Associate is part of the Distribution Center team. This role contributes to the success of the company by being responsible for order selection of any sales order, packing any sales orders, and assisting with container offloading. The DC Associate supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to versatility and excellence in all we produce.
Additional Information This is a permanent full-time hourly position at $16.00 hourly. Full‑time schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Our distribution center is located at 3151 Northwest 125th St., Miami, FL 33167. This position is based in a warehouse environment, where teamwork and efficiency are essential. Major Duties
Accurately pick orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped as assigned.
Achieve productivity by picking and packing minimums as part of ongoing training.
Scan orders via a hand‑held scanner and pack & process all transactions.
Remove defective products or materials, placing them in designated areas for proper processing.
Load the completed sale orders into designated areas for packing.
Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure packing specifications are met.
Communicate with Order Fulfillment leader if any important or rush orders will not meet deadlines for picking and packing.
Other Duties
Assist with container off‑loading and any other warehouse duties as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in assigned aisles or areas.
Contribute to department teamwork by demonstrating strong time and attendance records, especially during month‑end.
Record personal daily punches and approve accurate bi‑weekly time and attendance records.
Actively participate in all one‑on‑one and group meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Promote our FOH® Culture in all interactions.
Education, Experience & Computer Skills
Minimum of 1+ year experience in a warehouse setting, picking or packing orders.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and handheld devices.
Must be able to tolerate working in a high‑heat environment.
Basic understanding of computer programs.

Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this role, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The team member frequently is required to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The team member is frequently required to sit; the team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Team members may also need to pull or push 800 lbs pallet jacks. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision. Must be able to tolerate conditions associated with no air conditioning or heat.
