Shifts Available and Hours Day shift – 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week one: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (48 hours)
Week two: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday (36 hours)
Responsibilities
Maintain and stage material with proper paperwork.
Check billet/log availability for daily schedule and due dates.
Verify proper ID & selection of billets/logs for each order.
Check and maintain ovens, load and unload ovens, and make hourly checks.
Read and understand work instructions for extrusion presses and aging ovens.
Empty scrap and chip hoppers as needed.
Perform minor maintenance on forklift, check fluid levels, and general condition.
Complete the "Lift truck operator’s daily inspection report".
Check weight capacity for lifting.
