Job Description
We are hiring a closer for our excavation sales team! No cold calls, no dead ends—just pre‑qualified opportunities to seal the deal and skyrocket your income.
Responsibilities
Meet with pre‑qualified residential and commercial customers to evaluate excavation needs, including sewer line repairs and pipe replacements.
Present customized solutions, explain service options, and confidently close sales.
Work closely with excavation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and an exceptional customer experience.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow‑up.
Accurately track leads, appointments, and sales activity in the CRM system.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Represent the company professionally while driving a company vehicle to customer appointments.
Qualifications
Proven outside sales experience; background in plumbing, excavation, or home services is a plus.
Demonstrated success in a commission‑based or performance‑driven compensation structure.
Strong customer‑first mindset with the ability to build trust and close deals efficiently.
Highly self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and energized by uncapped earning potential.
Comfortable working with warm, pre‑qualified leads in a fast‑paced environment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to learn—no excavation experience required; comprehensive training provided.
