Shipping and Receiving Technician – Cincinnati, OH
LaForce is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Technician to join our Cincinnati, OH team and play a key role in ensuring our products are ready to meet customer needs. This is a full‑time, Monday through Friday position, with no nights or weekends. You'll help ensure our operations run smoothly by receiving, organizing, and preparing hardware and other specialty products for delivery to the right job.
What You’ll Do
Check in hardware and other items
Pull, sort, palletize, shrink wrap, and load products and process necessary shipping paperwork
Label and separate hardware based on receiving sheets for specific jobs
Pull stock for sales orders
Operate forklift
What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is willing to jump right in – ideally, with a high school diploma or GED and some experience in material handling. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and moving frequently throughout your shift, and operating warehouse equipment safely. We value a willingness to learn and adapt, including becoming proficient with LaForce software and computer systems to help streamline operations. You’ll need to pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
