Call Center Representative
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support team, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully with the organization's commitment to service excellence and inclusivity. Location: Memphis, TN Pay Range: $12.50 to $14.00 per hour Shift: Day and Evening Shifts What's the Job? Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner Document customer interactions and update account information as needed Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company standards during all interactions What's Needed? Ability to adapt and transition across different roles within the call center as needed Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Customer-focused mindset with a desire to assist and resolve issues Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software What's in it for me?
