Weekend Receptionist – Part Time

Forest View Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a weekend receptionist - Saturday and Sunday 2pm-9pm.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting staff and visitors in a cordial manner, making them feel welcome as they enter the facility.

Assisting visitors checking in on the kiosks.

Keeping a constant watch on facility exits, making sure no resident exits the facility unattended.

Receiving phone calls and directing them to appropriate parties or taking messages.

The ideal receptionist candidate will have the following experience:

Pleasant, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.

Professionalism.

Customer Service.

Compassion.
