In this full-time, on-site position, you'll be more than just an assistant – you'll be a key contributor to our success. You'll manage client interactions, provide crucial administrative support to our advisors, and help us maintain a seamless and professional office environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing meeting agendas, as well as managing post-meeting tasks.
Professionally handle phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
Accurately record all client interactions and correspondence in our CRM system (Redtail) and other relevant software.
Handle confidential client information with the utmost discretion and security.
Provide administrative support to the CFP and Registered Investment Advisor.
Assist with the preparation of client reports and other documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are paramount.
Must successfully pass a securities background check.
2 years minimum prior experience as an administrative assistant.
Mandatory Finance/Investment or bank/accounting industry experience.
Proven customer service experience.
Demonstrated punctuality and professional demeanor.
Comfortable and effective in communicating with clients over the phone, via email, and in person.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC software.
Unwavering commitment to high ethical standards and integrity.
Experience using CRM platforms is preferred.
Ability to navigate stairs multiple times throughout the day (office is multi-level).
