Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.
Job Summary Responsible for assembling, wiring, and plumbing new and used equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Attention to detail.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics.
Must be able to follow all PPE requirements.
Use of power and hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and operation of vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes.
Job Responsibilities
Install freshly painted components onto equipment per engineering drawings.
Wire trailer electrical systems including lights and brakes.
Plumb pneumatic brake systems on larger units.
Install hydraulic components and plumb hydraulic circuits per engineering drawings.
Install electronic components and wire electronic circuits per engineering drawings.
Set pressures on hydraulic circuits and verify parameters for electronic systems.
Perform system operation checks and take corrective action if necessary.
Operate equipment to test functionality and spool rope/cable onto reels when applicable.
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and electronic issues and recommend corrective actions.
Wash units after final inspection.
Assist in maintenance of rental fleet when necessary.
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance checks and services in accordance with appropriate maintenance schedules.
Keep the tools and work area clean and organized.
Keep the supervisor aware of parts and inventory used so they may be replaced.
Complete applicable maintenance forms and records.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
