Qualifications
Real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Proven track record of being self‑motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
Familiarity with the Ocala, FL real estate market or willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and strategies.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management.

Compensation Compensation:
$112,400 - $212,400 per year
