Performance Team handles end‑to‑end warehousing and distribution logistics across our strategic network of storage facilities. Our integrated solutions prepare us for supply‑chain risks and support timely delivery, even under unexpected conditions.

Provide administrative support to Maersk employees and the HR Department with various tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Record employee information in the database (personal data, compensation, benefit deductions, tax data, transfers, performance reviews, and termination details).

Ensure all promotions and pay increases are properly entered and processed.

Coordinate new‑hire setup, including paperwork and entry into the HRIS and time‑keeping systems.

Maintain employee files to document HR actions and support payroll processing.

Prepare offer letters and communicate with candidates about offer and onboarding information.

Process company‑wide background checks and drug screens; inform management of clearances.

Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR questions.

Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized persons.

Process termination paperwork.

Compile data from personnel records and prepare reports.

Maintain proper record keeping by uploading documents into HRIS systems and manual filing of employee files.

This role requires on‑site presence five days per week and may provide remote support to other regional sites.

Position is full‑time and on‑site; other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

One to two years of human‑resources work experience/exposure.

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Salary:

$26–$28 hourly*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
