Administrative Coordinator – Caddo Parish Child Support Enforcement Office, Shreveport, Louisiana
Department Overview Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) provides safe services to families, promotes self‑sufficiency, and protects children during disasters.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as receptionist and maintain visitor records.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, manage court action documentation, and track case records.
Assist caseworkers with research, payment acceptance, and letter preparation.
Coordinate paternity testing: prepare documents, liaise with phlebotomists and testing companies, and update status.
Provide basic assistance to caseworkers: enter child support debts, medical support judgments, and other pertinent data.
Screen complex mail to determine appropriate action and destination.
