Assist with permit applications, processing building permits, conducting plan reviews, and enforcing codes. Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with all regulations and ordinances. Support contractor licensing compliance, ensuring proper documentation of insurance, certifications, and other credentials as required by the City. Perform permit intake, processing, routing, and issuance of building, site work, and trade permits. Verify application completeness, upload documents, calculate fees, and ensure compliance with City requirements and applicable codes. Schedule inspections and ensure everything is on schedule. Qualifications
Structural Engineering Degree Preferred. Higher paid levels include AutoCAD experience. Experience in 2 counties with permitting. Working closely with Project Managers to help keep projects running smoothly. Handle permit processing and ensure everything is on track.
