Legal Secretary (Attorney)

Job Summary The Office of the Merrimack County Attorney is the focal point for prosecution of criminal offenses in our County. In addition to prosecuting virtually all felony level offenses occurring in Merrimack County our attorneys prosecute misdemeanor offenses for 19 towns spread throughout our County. Legal Secretaries are expected to perform legal clerical support services for the County Attorney’s Office.

Required Education & Experience Associates Degree and a minimum of three years office/secretarial work with computer usage preferred, or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities. SPOTS certified user preferred.
