Night Auditor
Location: Abilene Courtyard SW, 4350 Ridgemont Dr, Abilene, TX 79603
Role: Night Auditor – provide a clean, friendly, well‑organized and safe hotel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and ensure satisfaction scores.
Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality.
Maintain spotless cleanliness of front and back of house.
Complete overnight audit reports and overnight checklist.
Follow overnight security protocols and lock exterior entrances.
Receive and note incoming mail as required.
Assist with public spaces and guest rooms as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in hospitality, service or related field preferred.
Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow guidelines, work in high‑pressure situations.
Effective listening, conflict resolution and communication skills.
Desire to serve all guests.
Age 18 or older.
Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
Adhere to clock‑in/clock‑out and break procedures.
Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shift.
Physical Demands
Stand or remain stationary for long periods.
Operate computer and office machinery, data entry.
Bend, stoop, lift or transport supplies up to 25 pounds.
Inspect and observe details at close range.
