Responsibilities and Daily Job Duties
Uncover members’ financial needs and offer appropriate recommendations.
Perform proactive activities to provide excellent service and achieve member growth.
Provide member support and problem resolution for complex issues to ensure satisfaction.
Supervise and educate members on using all electronic service delivery channels offered in the branch and through personal devices.
Handle all electronic messaging, inbound phone, and video calls related to members’ accounts or general questions about NCU services.
Ensure compliance with all related federal and state regulations; stay current on fraud training and trends.
Manage and maintain member records following guidelines to ensure proper system management.
Work with team members to resolve complaints and provide support as needed.
Process financial transactions, including cash handling.
Perform operational responsibilities such as auditing, ATMS/ITM maintenance, cash management, and vault maintenance.
Oversee team members across various markets/branches; provide peer training as needed.
Maintain authority to discipline subordinates when required.
Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of two years’ experience in service delivery, with preferred cash handling experience.
Proven experience in technology usage; avid user of financial institution’s online tools for personal banking.
Education Preferred: College Degree. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Rewards Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Full‑time position eligible for benefits, annual incentive plan, career advancement, and professional development.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with rotating half-day Saturdays.
